As a Paediatrician and director of Genius Tots School I always believe that the first place where *child starts learning is home*. *Parents are children's first teacher* and have an amazing opportunity to nurture the growth and development of the child and even major role in their education. *Parental involvement* may not be so Apparent initially but it has long term effects. Childs cognitive development happens during their preschool years with the active role of parental support they develop to their full potential. They better understand the behaviour of their child and areas where the child needs to work on. Parental involvement facilitate the attitude of positive things ,good work ethics ,and good moral values. During my practice (24 years) *I have learnt that many parents want to be involved in their child's education* but may lack the confidence and knowledge to do so effectively. To help them become engage in their child's education and school experience ,We , *Genius Tots preschool team* and Partners had designed the program like *Kaun Banega little Genius* ,which help parents learn what to expect and how they can contribute to their child's learning Till the age of 10 years children spend most of their time with parents and learn from them.
