As a Paediatrician and director of Genius Tots School I always believe that the first place where *child starts learning is home*. *Parents are children's first teacher* and have an amazing opportunity to nurture the growth and development of the child and even major role in their education. *Parental involvement* may not be so Apparent initially but it has long term effects. Childs cognitive development happens during their preschool years with the active role of parental support they develop to their full potential. They better understand the behaviour of their child and areas where the child needs to work on. Parental involvement facilitate the attitude of positive things ,good work ethics ,and good moral values. During my practice (24 years) *I have learnt that many parents want to be involved in their child's education* but may lack the confidence and knowledge to do so effectively. To help them become engage in their child's education and school experience ,We , *Genius Tots preschool team* and Partners had designed the program like *Kaun Banega little Genius* ,which help parents learn what to expect and how they can contribute to their child's learning Till the age of 10 years children spend most of their time with parents and learn from them. Involving parents in the learning experience is also important fact that *learning does not start and ends with the school* , as as it is an ongoing process. Today we conducted online Toran Making activity for our Little Geniuses.🍁🍁🍁🍁🍁
To our surprise they made beautiful Torans for their homes. Both, parents and children were very excited to handle the needle , threads ,beads, flowers etc for their Toran. The students have so nicely adapted to the virtual environment that we are also surprised. We didn't feel we were conducting the Toran making class virtually. All the students were very interactive and enthusiastic. Give them a big round of applause for their beautiful Torans. 👏👏👏

In our Verbal Maths Class today, we taught them how to write Number Notations till 50. They were excited to learn upto 100. We are very much sure that if we teach them till 100, they themselves will learn writing notations upto 1000. Our Geniuses just need a small push .They are very eager to learn on their own. We are proud that we are running ahead of our curriculum even though the classes are online. A big thank to all the parents and students. Special Thanks to Sunita Ji for conducting these Verbal Maths class in collaboration with Genius Tots . The session doesn't ends without wonderful moral stories specially designed for kids. To add up 1 activity like crossword and tables are taken and taught in a very creative and user friendly way. The curriculum is entirely designed by us for students of age group 3-6 years.
